12k+ addresses on the early access list (pro subscribers) lower the supply to make it easier to sell out (3k, 5k...) or keep at 10k and hope it sells? 🤔

to get 80% or more of Pro people to buy would depend on pricing. I think maximizing revenue is probably the goal no? (realistically) so if you sell 5K at let’s say $20 or 10K at $10 (theoretically), it is the same revenue but which one is more likely? I don’t think a huge % of the Pros will buy just because … but definitely more than 50% probably will

i just want to release the project tbh, would be cool to get paid ofc. originally thought of releasing for $1 but some people advised against that (too cheap, could cause trouble) but if I go high then less people might go for it. No idea what would happen. It's quite a minimalist collection too, but I like it.

Personally would pay maybe 10 to 20 bucks per. Depends on the art as well I suppose

sounds cool. Pricing is hard, I don't think you want it to be too cheap, nor too expensive. I just think it is hard to assume that the majority 10K out of 12K will purchase, and then you are left having to wait for it to sell out or continue to market it. I don't think it needs to be 'fair' per se either. it sounds like a cool project, so you should probably just go with your gut on what the best model is.
