What’s a business idea or side hustle you think could work but you’ll probably never pursue? What’s stopping you, and what would it take to make it happen? Here’s mine: a commercial cleaning business. The idea is simple—I’d find the clients and build the relationships, then outsource the actual cleaning to a small, reliable crew. A friend of mine from high school actually did this, and now he’s running a very successful small business. We talked through this idea in high school but he actually went and did it. It’s pretty wild to see how well it’s working for him. I think it goes to show that you can make just about anything work, if you put your mind to it. What’s your “almost” idea—the one you know could be good but, for whatever reason, isn’t in your plans? Why haven’t you pursued it?

Pot business. I know I'll be succesful as fuck, because I've done over 120 personal grows, that's over 1000 plants, I've supervised over 6 big grows, won 1 award from a strain.. So I feel like if I started a pot business in 1 year or less we could be one of the top 5 weed companies in the province, I've always wanted to do this ever since I was in university probably, maybe even grow some mushrooms in a similar facility too, but never pursued it, a) because of start-up costs, would probably need around 40-80 grand to get the facilities, equipment and the necessary permits, realistically, so not bad, could be done in a good year of Degen-ing and good trades honestly, but I just never had that much money ready to invest, or really had the people to partner up with to do it. It's still in my head, and maybe one day I'll do it haha

Very cool, what’s the strain name? Man i want to try it right now 😂 Fun fact, i had a led grow light business for the first three years of legalization. Imported a couple container loads great fixtures I had manufactured. It was great but shipping got incredibly expensive and cut into the margins too much for my tastes
