Mint Grammy Blacks Fudge Recipe 

Also called brown sugar fudge. The original recipe came from the old Barbour's Cookbook, every house in New Brunswick had one I think. 😅 

It's firm, yet creamy. The process counts a lot, if you try it!

You have no idea... I made 4 batches at 4 different temperatures to figure out which I like best! 235 F is good but a little softer/creamier, 240 is firm/creamy. 245 is hard/melt in your mouth but sets really fast, gotta be quick! 240 is the best option. Candy thermometer is a must. 😅
