so did a ritual for the new moon + heavens pardon day this morning and was sharing with a friend how she can do an easy ritual herself with the help of ChatGPT 

and realized perhaps a lot of people think rituals have to be some long and elaborate process with certain materials, done at a certain time, etc

but honestly in my experience (+ speaking with other healers) it’s your intention that matters the most

all I did this morning was holding crystals and saying a long prayer and that was it 😆
