What if the chat regularly churned people based on participation?

Like if you don’t participate, you get kicked out?

I suppose it depends on what the end game goal is. I see it working if it's group chat is supposed to be maybe just a group of thinkers, riffing and kicking tires on random eyes

I think it might not work so great if it's intended to be a community where cohesion is paramount like a cabal of sorts

Yeah or if you’re inactive 

then the host puts a new person in the chat
