Can anybody tell me why am I still working as a sales assistant when a Puma designer gets paid way too much to make something this shitty?

The design is odd, I donated away all my puma shoes I bought a lot of them before because they are cheaper but they are not comfortable as adidas and New balance I like the comfort of sketchers but i donated all of them too because of their terrible design. As I get older my taste change I like more on classic design as of the moment
