What class of food is agbado again...? 
If the cooked one is carbohydrate, what about the roasted one ...? 

When we fry it, does it makes it protein..? 🤔

Agbado is agbado, under carbohydrate. Doesn’t matter how it’s prepared.

I prefer the cooked ones to roasted ones. Put am enough salt, e dey burst brain.

I prefer cooked ones  because it's softer. While it's not my favorite food, I enjoy it when cooked with beans. I started eating it after we started our mini farm. As for the other fruits,I don't eat those at all.
