NFT working as a registry or proof of ownership makes much more sense than the utilising them for trading the physical art. 

If you purchase the artwork IRL then just get its NFT (proof of ownership) just like you do with other assets. 

Not sure why many tried to create the whole narrative of trading physical art/goods using NFTs.
