History repeats itself. 

The Roaring Twenties was followed by the Great Depression with one extreme rapidly swinging into the other with only a massive world war to stimulate the economy and shift the focus from within to outside. 

I hope that the years of trade gap widening, debt ceiling raising, limited growth in sectors, weaponization of taxes, debt and finance and increasing technocratic plutocracy in government doesn’t amplify what we’ve already seen… 

I’m cautiously optimistic but also realistically fearful. WDYT?
