Curious if you have ideas for what healthy AI usage looks like that doesn’t result in, or at least mitigates, the effect of cognitive atrophy?

For me, AI at its best feels at par with or better than prime Google search (eg. Cursor Ask mode) It's on-demand information retrieval + with the bonus of automation But when it blurs over into becoming magic that I don't understand, I become wary because that's what will infantilize me
