wip of a few new habits: - wake up between 6:00 and 6:30 ✅ - no coffee for at least 1h after waking up ✅ - no socials for at least 1h after waking up ❌ 1st was def the one I thought was gonna be the hardest, but it's been smooth. 3rd on the other hand 🥴

I don’t know how helpful this will be to you, but what helped me was to leave my phone in another room on the charger for the night, every night. I don’t get phone cravings any more. I don’t even think about the phone when I start the day anymore. Can’t recommend this enough.

need to try this, although the phone has the alarm that wakes me up lol and it also helps me go to sleep (ambient sounds)
