yeah, currently HL perps is the only way to get exposure in any form for anyone in blocked regions 

already trading ~0.05 lol, dunno what kind of fucky oracle is being used though

even if you could buy it in US I doubt spot would have more demand than perps

who actually wants to hold this, gamble on price direction #1 use case
