my least favourite vibe is anyone giving off “you’re not important enough to talk to” and constantly looking around for someone better you truly never know where someone will end up, who they will become, etc. but what is certain is that they will remember you not taking them seriously.

couldn’t agree more. and yet when the time is so limited and the set of people to see irl is so large, we find our hed swiveling more than it ought to

totally. I also think there’s a difference between “hey look all my friends are here!” good-natured head swiveling and “oh look this other person can do something for me, I’m gonna go talk to them instead” head swiveling
