I'm aware this is a shitpost, but I believe "sperm racing app on base with 6 users" is the consensus mental model of 𝙖𝙡𝙡 of crypto for most 75th-99th percentile 10-years-experienced ex-meta employees.

there is somewhat of an actual talent pipeline problem tho I think - i don’t know about “shortage” per se
