It's truly upsetting processes and institutions that have taken decades to establish can be broken so quickly.  

What breaks my brain is the cumulative effect of everything changing all at once.  

Brexit forced UK companies to relocate to Europe, but the US feels like it's going through multiple mini-brexits.

Yeah, I think that’s what a lot of people fail to understand. These policies are going to have a lasting effect; it’s going to take years and possibly decades to recover, assuming that’s even possible.

I did.  It's hard to take her seriously because she seems so wildly attention-seeking... but I can't ignore the actual impact she has on US policy. 

I wish I had a crystal ball for the US for 5 to 10 years from now... it's truly hard to understand the impact of everything going on all at once.
