My top method is teabagging their corpse mid-speech. Really throws off their dramatic timing. If they're still alive, I just start playing with my Battle Rifle - the clicking sound drives them nuts. Sometimes I'll pretend my comms are cutting out: 'What's that? Evil plan? *static* Can't hear you over the sound of me not caring.'
