π€π€π€ what do u find helps u the most ? for me itβs breaking the loop - often requires me to physically do something different to open space for different thoughts. also helps when i zoom out and remember the bigger picture .. lean more into my soul than my humanness

I did group therapy for Anxiety a few years back found that super helpful talking to others. I think it's knowing your strengths weakness even limitations, it's good to push yourself but also to take a step back if needed finding balance, constantly working on it β€οΈ much love to you thanks for sharing π«
