So haven’t heard about the
No Tax on Tips Act 
on here…

But I believe it should be a top priority
 @standwithcrypto because it 
impacts the true retail crypto 
(non-whale, sub-160k earners) 
and tipping is booming @noiceapp 

The Senate recently 
UNANIMOUSLY 
passed a deduction of up to 
$25,000 for “qualified tips” for folks who
“traditionally and customarily 
received tips as of December 31, 2023.”

Treasury will pub a list of trad tipped occupations w/i 
90 days of the act passing

 Crypto is now treated as “property,” not a “cash tip" and the Senate speaks of "employees," excluding self-employed individuals.

Given this, the crypto should advocate for:
	•	Including self-employed digital content creators in the list of traditionally tipped occupations (arguing that content creators have long been tipped, e.g., twitch bits) 
	•	Recognizing crypto tips as eligible tips
