You can just twist the top off by cutting around the center.

Then use a spoon and scoop out or cut into cubes.

Wait, wait. Is this real, or is this like the “pineapple” trick, where you can in theory slam and roll the pineapple around, and then individually pull off little spears of pineapple from the outside. (For the record, I’ve never gotten that to work!)

ive done the pineapple to limited success (where you can individually pull) but it was by letting it age vey long... (too long IMO)
