Thanks for the new spec! Some thoughts: instead of allowing arbitrary transactions consider smart contract wallets as first class citizens. a FC account can be linked to a smart contract proxy / wallet which contains configurations such as trusted contracts, spending limits etc.

This is a really cool idea. Perhaps the idea is tool early, but this feels like the future to me.
