Anyone got any experience with salt tabs (cramp tablets). I have always thought that cramp was really just from not preparing adequately, but I started using Crampeeze capsules a few years ago and it seems to have helped. But I have also been racing more conservatively. So I can't really tell if the tablets are working or if I am just running more within myself?

I think that cramping [is] really just from not preparing adequately. 😑

Yeah. Deep down I know this…but now I have become superstitious about my little crampeez capsules…and I’m not superstitious! 
Fortunately they super cheap
