Think this is the first time since I started in January that I had a completely empty board yet I don’t feel bad about it? Obviously would love to do all of these every day but I haven’t felt particuarly driven or inspired in any of these areas recently

Out of curiosity, why do you have each of these on your board- do you feel the need for meditating, writing etc or you have them up there because these are marketed as the 'right' thing to do in order to succeed or something completely different

Great question! These activities align with my 2025 resolutions (although not perfectly) and generally are things I feel I have benefitted from in the past but it’s wise to question whether the tracker is still serving me or if I’m still aligned with the goal of trying to do these

Sorry if this feels unsolicited. I resonate with your posts and so felt like sharing what worked for me :)

Totally, if you're not making progress naturally in things that you ought to do, there's some resistance. Maybe reflecting on your 'why' for each of these goals and asking yourself whether your inner self feels excited or aligned with the goals would help. Or maybe asking what would 'enable' me to pursue these goals would be a good starting point. Additionally, if we say we want to write- can we get really specific? What is it that we want to write? When do I want to write? Where do I want to write? What do I want to write? Breaking down the goal in specific actionable would help. Clarity fuels productivity
