So some people don't know that you don't always have to peel your beans before you can make moimoi or akara? You don't have to peel the beans, at least, not compulsory. The fibre in the beans 🫘 is very important for your digestive health. It also helps to delay the absorption of glucose in beans into your blood stream, thereby maintaining your normal blood sugar levels. So beans are better eaten with the peels on. 🥰
