Installing my light installation "Prime" in Oslo, 2013. Fluorescent light tubes are turned on / off according to prime number sequences, producing an unpredictable animation that is in fact 100% deterministic.

Of course! But Prime is 100% deterministic, the sequence invariable... 

11 light tubes, animated by assigned a distinct prime number to each tube that controls how many seconds before it switches between on/off states.

As I recall, the total duration is about 30 days, the factor of all primes used.

Well in a way we can say that most computer art that uses random numbers made by computers is in fact deterministic
