"be more kinda my friend, it's kind to be more kind" I have practiced saying the nice things I think, outloud. My toddler taught me this, when she would compliment total strangers and I would watch their whole being radiate, I saw her light dim and try to hide her positivity and love when it sometimes got her attention she didnt want, so now I over share so she can feel comfortable sharing. (thats how I think about it at least)
