Imagine offloading the emotionally draining back-and-forth of a car recall onto an AI agent—one that negotiates with clinical precision. To all builders: Here’s where AI could step in during a recall negotiation (maybe?) 1. Initial Case Management AI agents could collect all documentation (recall notice, VIN, service records, correspondence). They could automatically assess eligibility for remedies, check regional dealership compliance, and escalate improperly handled cases. More in comments:👇🏼
