Mini Berry Pavlovas Light meringue nests filled with cream and berries Ingredients: 2 egg whites 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp cream of tartar or lemon juice Whipped cream or mascarpone Fresh berries Instructions: Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff and glossy. Spoon small mounds onto a baking sheet and shape into nests. Bake at 110°C (230°F) for 60–75 minutes. Let cool. Fill with cream and top with berries before serving.
