Interesting question, I used to think a lot about this Long form, non-visual content is the "mostly plants" of a healthy diet (can be blogs, pods, audiobooks, books — I am biased towards books but I don't think they're necessarily superior) Short form, visual content OTOH is basically sugar

probably art books urban and remote natural landscapes but then in the end I found I needed to binge some late 80's hong kong kung fu movies and yet I would have never included what would amount to being a very necessary input.
