“then i started paying attention to possibilities because of enthusiasm from crypto; we saw a few paths where a web2 company with PMF can enter crypto in the right way. it would be dif if we were a day zero product. 

what I’m mostly excited about is:

1) bringing our MAUs into crypto with seamless UX to incentivize meaningfully daily or weekly actions that we care about with tokens

2) we don’t currently curate best products or dupes, but using tokens as commission for curation is an exciting way to level up our homepage and end user experience

3) obviously cross border commerce gets unlocked, etc.”

for founders outside of crypto, use tokens as a way to incentivize people to come and use the product in meaningful ways
