hot take, but maybe before we try to "onboard a billion people", we should focus on making crypto a culture people actually want to be a part of. that's the thing that will attract more people to want to use the products and primitives.

crypto culture is so toxic I think the actual onboarding will happen mostly behind the scenes - as underlying tech, payment rails, etc - not by rehabilitating the “culture” into something that people actually want to participate it
