i think current implementations of the evm create a form of bottleneck when everything you do requires you to heavily consider computational cost at a risk of making your product unaffordable or unusable

the evm is not the bottleneck to scalability at all

sei & monad have made and are making parallel evm solutions that are gas efficient and highly scalable
