I know zinger was being sarcastic here, but this top level quote cast actually helped me discover a deeply nested thread that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise, ironically proving the opposite of his point and making me more likely to quote cast instead of replying in the future

threads are by far my biggest UX gripe here.. i saw a @dwr.eth cast a bit ago saying #1 prio is better UX but i think it was about wallet not wc. here is a little CHALLENGE from a recent chat with @chic @pichi and @basewtf: 🏁 original cast: https://warpcast.com/madlog1c.eth/0xcb2dd50c 🕵️♂️ nested reply: https://warpcast.com/basewtf/0xe9610fda can you find the reply without the direct link? how many clicks/taps did it take? how often did it seem like the end of the thread? is this how threads work on other apps? intended UX? improvements could be made..? cc: @clfx.eth i know he has also shared this irritation written with ❤️ just want to bring attn to improve

@0xen was just talking about how no one replies to replies and my theory is no one ever sees them. I get lost in my own threads!

What’s worse. I saw this on Buoy. We follow each other. I didn’t get your tag. Says this was from 6 hours ago. Not in my mention at all. Checked twice. I KNOW I’m missing tags and people just think I ignore them :( Now I’m sad. Thank you @buoy

argh frustrating! i haven’t tested with /recaster or others lately, i wonder if they do a better job of notifs.. i can only imagine what it’s like for you and other popular ppl that get buried in them fwiw i’ve always been super super impressed by your ability to stay on top of replies, you are seriously awesome
