I dont know what happened but the loaf I started last night and am baking this morning is absolutely massive. Its really crammed in my dutch oven 😂

yea i definitely would have changes some things if i planned to make pizza at the start - kinda just decided last minute to break my 2000g into smaller chunks with the intention of baking different things, we'll see how it goes 🤷‍♂️

Sourdough pizza is possibly one of my favorite things I regularly make. We are havign it tonight actually. I haven't used my usually dough recipe for it before though so I'll have to try that now

Yours too! I made 2000g of dough for no reason at all and ended up breaking it into 1 big loaf, 2 pizza doughs, and 2 pitas
