I need clarification- can I be a butter mom who buys grass-fed organic? Does grass-fed organic automatically make me an almond mom? Because I don't like that

I thought the term "almond mom" referred to women who obsessively focus on skinny-ness as it pertains to food, masking as being healthy? I feel like buying grass-fed organic doesn't automatically mean almond? Also there's a joke in there somewhere about clarified butter
