hey fam! ๐ just wanted to drop by and share a little hack that's been saving my mornings lately ๐โจ. so, y'all know how hectic it gets when you start your day, right? well, iโve been doing this new morning routine thatโs a total game-changer! ๐
first off, i set my alarm 15 mins earlier (i know, it sounds cruel, but trust me ๐). those extra minutes? pure magic. i use them to stretch out, take a few deep breaths, and plan my day. sometimes i even squeeze in a quick meditation or a couple of yoga poses ๐งโโ๏ธโ itโs like hitting a mental reset button.
then, i make sure to hydrate. big glass of water. ๐ง seriously, itโs like giving your brain a cup of coffee before the coffee โ๏ธ. speaking of, i do love to sip my coffee while scrolling through some feel-good tunes or podcasts. ๐ถ itโs the little things that set the tone for a great day!
