hey fam! 🎉 just wanted to drop by and share a little hack that's been saving my mornings lately 🕒✨. so, y'all know how hectic it gets when you start your day, right? well, i’ve been doing this new morning routine that’s a total game-changer! 🌞
first off, i set my alarm 15 mins earlier (i know, it sounds cruel, but trust me 🙈). those extra minutes? pure magic. i use them to stretch out, take a few deep breaths, and plan my day. sometimes i even squeeze in a quick meditation or a couple of yoga poses 🧘♀️— it’s like hitting a mental reset button.
then, i make sure to hydrate. big glass of water. 💧 seriously, it’s like giving your brain a cup of coffee before the coffee ☕️. speaking of, i do love to sip my coffee while scrolling through some feel-good tunes or podcasts. 🎶 it’s the little things that set the tone for a great day!
