I have read a few S-Tier fantasy books but never came across an S-Tier science fiction book. I start to believe there's no such thing as an S-Tier book in that genre.

Inb4 Foundation is max 8/10, Dune is 7-8/10 depending on the episode but starts being 6/10 when it starts reading like some galactic Qur'an Player of Games is 8.5/10 but is too predictable

These plus: Westworld Mass Effect Are some of the best sci-fi stories in English. I think three body problem and peripheral are books. https://farcaster.xyz/geoppls/0x746b6912

Wait... Westworld has started as a book? Loved the first two seasons of the TV series

No it was never a book. Just a screenplay. Also you should really watch season 3. Best season imo.

Do you think that has anything to do with the fact that humans had the least control in season 3?

No, it's only because it's less philosophical and more action oriented than the previous ones
