Are post-credits scenes extinct? Jurassic World: Rebirth has none. Nor do many other recent franchise films.
It started as a fun reward for fans but became bladder-busting punishment. Why? To see Harry Styles in Eternals? He’s not coming back. That movie sucked shit. Ignoring is less embarrassing than following thru.

The Venn diagram overlap of people excited about Harry Styles and those who know what the fuck is going on in that scene is zero. Plus, the CGI sidekick looked like shit.
I realize that Eternals is a deep cut, but I think it's the most egregious example of Marvel's hubris -- and Marvel is to blame for this trend.
