doubled the recipe once while making a fusili pasta, so i totally relate😂the cooking gods said not today, next time you’d be more prepared. thank you for sharing this

i made several mistakes, mainly related to the time i set for myself 

the recipe called for an hour and ten minutes, but i exceeded that by three times that.

i had originally thought that the fattiest pork belly would be the best, but having variation in meat/fat content often made for the best consistency/taste

i doubled the recipe and the cooking gods (per my convo with @pichi) smote me for my transgressions
