always SF vs. NYC, never LA (sad). anecdotally over the last 2 years, more and more of my friends have moved away from LA to SF or NYC: to SF if they're interested in AI to NYC if they're interested in any other tech only friends that have stayed in LA are CPG, entertainment, or grew up / have family in LA

how exciting to see friends chase their dreams in SF for AI or NYC for tech while LA keeps its charm for those in creative and family roots
