- add EVOil and oregano 
Sliced pork and Romaine lettuce salted.

Uh I’ve never tried cooked lettuce! Is it good? It reminds me a bit of italian scarola!

Exactly like scarola but little sweeter. I couldn’t find scarola in Japan so I tried various veggies and the Romain Lettuce is the closest one. If you add cappers and black olives is almost the same as the Neapolitan recipe.

And yes! It’s an Easter typical recipe together with Pastiera, casatiello and … artichokes (another diamond impossible to find here! )

Ahahah that’s absolutely a great idea! I’m craving for a pizza di scarola and this is also the period of it right? It’s a typical Pasqua dish. Let me know if you found it satisfying. I think is totally acceptable as a replace 😉

Ahhhh I am in the uk (no scarole here either) and craving scarola since years now… you know I am going to buy 4 romain lettuce now and try the Neapolitan “pizza di scarole”!! 🤩🤭
