my Dad has some old BTC funds that have been in Coinbase for years and he wants to cash them out to buy a bike but he doesn't want to hook up his bank account to Coinbase to do it what's most seamless way to go from BTC in Coinbase to spendable cash without going through a bank?

yes but I don't want to be involved because I hate doing peer to peer crypto cash out transactions for other people (for tax reasons)
