It’s a good article but the section on Emcrypted Mempools is lacking. Projects like @shutter can prevent malicious MEV and centralization.

A friend in the travel industry showed me an email from a sales prospect who decline a meeting invite by saying “Happy to meet @EOL”. It took me a while to realize @EOL meant “End Of Life”. How shitty and passive aggressive. I much prefer crypto culture.

Rightfully, everyone is angry that thieves have access to their personal information due to a Coinbase data breach. Oddly, no one is angry that thieves (malicious MEV bots) have access to their transaction information in the public mempool - resulting in $1.5 billion in stolen funds since 2020.
