ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much đŸĢ  so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking đŸ§‘â€đŸŗ any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

The exercises recommended plus pressure points should give you some relief, I stopped eating gluten for a few months which cleared up a similar problem
