Tried to share my video, but only can add photos to cast. Is there such restriction for the Android app?

Videos get uploaded only from desktop for me. Another way to do that is by turning your videos into very small gifs and then uploading them from mobile. But it's inconsistent.

During past 3 hours I did these: tried to upload the file via Warpcast web version on my windows laptop but got below error. after that I tried to convert my mp4 video to gif, so I installed 3 android apps (Giphy, Gif maker and Video to Gif) and also used some convertor websites, all of them converted my video but shows it a little slow motion, not acceptable quality. then I searched this issue on AI and found that m3u8 format could be used on Warpcast but unfortunately after finding such convertor and convert my file to m3u8 format, warpcast still shows error
