ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much 🫠 so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking 🧑🍳 any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

- More movement/stretching through the day. If it’s starting to hurt, that’s a good sign to take a stretch break or a quick walk - make sure your keyboard is at the right height - shoulders down and back, elbows 90 degree angle (and supported if possible). Similar to above, when you start feeling the pain come on, that prob means whatever position you’re in is problematic
