ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much 🫠 so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking 🧑🍳 any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

The djing part is tough cause you can’t really expect to be able to adjust the table height or request a specific table height when you’re out playing gigs So that prob makes the stretching and strength training more important Im no fitness pro by any means, just have dealt with my own back issues in recent years
