How much protein in a serving you usually take? How do you make it a snack, just heat up and drink as soup?

10g, yes pour in a mug and microwave for 90 seconds

Ok not bad actually for a mug portion, better for health than a bar or powder without all the additives. I would recommend sardines as well to vary a bit, 20g in a box.
