Something I've appreciated and learned from @pirosb3 is when Bountycaster features don't get used, we remove them from our system to reduce complexity, maintenance, and potential tech debt in the future

Fair. No usage is a clear indicator. But what about low usage? How do you know it’s time to pull the plug coz I’m sure some features take longer than others to gain traction.

Easy instance when there is just straight up no usage of it over weeks or months

How do you decide when a feature needs to go? How do you know it’s been long enough?
