Random differences I'm experiencing from VC -> building - not constantly up to speed on crypto news anymore - need to be way more ruthless with meeting requests - noticed founders are more vulnerable when talking about challenges - less personal time means needing to focus on things care about most and cutting rest

Really incredible summary and very much resonate with all the above. Particularly being ruthless about meeting requests within the last few weeks. Feels like most people just want to check-in and get a macro take on the market and I find this to be less productive than deep naunced convos about product choices.

My hubby is going through the same things and I feel his passion and dedication on the product he is building. I don’t know for you, but he gets so busy and forgets to eat sometimes and I need to remind that to him 😂. Is a great moment for me to experience this by his side.

thanks for sharing. When you also talk to other founders and then you can also have sense of challenges what they are facing without even them mentioning them explicitly.
